I’m sure you’ve heard all about the unprecedented devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy. Thousands of families have been displaced from their homes and are living in motels far from their friends and neighbors. Unfortunately, this leaves many people with few options for Thanksgiving dinner other than food banks or cooking on a motel hot plate.
As you know, The Wildwoods have become the temporary home for many of our neighbors displaced by SuperStorm Sandy. These families are staying in our local hotels and have no resources to make their own Thanksgiving Dinner.
Let’s show our community spirit and share with our friends and neighbors to the North to make this holiday unforgettable for those who are not fortunate enough to be able to celebrate in their own homes.
$25 serves a complete Thanksgiving dinner to a family of 5. Can you contribute $25, $35, $50 or even $100? $100 will provide a special Thanksgiving dinner for 20 people!
Your donation is tax-deductible through St. Ann's Parish in Wildwood, NJ.
